How do guests rate the Best Western Premier Hotel Santa Maria?

Absolutely fabulous hotel.
The staff were so so lovely and helpful especially Anna.
The waiters were all so adorable and nothing was too much trouble.
The food in the hotel was first class.
The rooms were beautiful with such a fabulous view of the sea.
The swimming pool was such a nice place to relax with such comfortable sun beds.
Can't wait to go back.❤️

Nice hotel on the seafront, right on the isthmus leading to the island. The drive to get there is a bit convoluted, with limited free parking, which can be a problem, especially in the evening. The price is quite high, and breakfast is an extra charge, but it's excellent, right on the veranda overlooking the sea. Anyway, it's a good place to stay, walking distance to the city center and everything you need.

Everything was perfect, except for the €25 per night charge for our 3kg Yorkshire Terrier, who, as everyone knows, doesn't shed.

When you stay for four nights, that's expensive!

A very nice, slightly upscale hotel. Charming welcome, dedicated staff. Very comfortable room.
Unfortunately, we didn't have a view of the island, but we had a sea view overlooking the port, which was still quite nice.
Be aware that the port-facing rooms are on a busy road with motorcycles sometimes speeding by. The pool is lovely.
A minor drawback is the private beach, with rocks and sea urchins just 5 meters from the shore. Comfortable sun loungers are available, but it's not the ideal spot for swimming.
Despite this, the location is a 5-minute walk from the (very beautiful) town center.
We will return to this hotel, hoping for a room overlooking the island, as the service is excellent.
Special mention for the generous breakfast overlooking the sea and its sublime view.
